If you are interested in Robotics but don’t know what it is then this is the story for you! 👀

Robotics has been a blast! It is a club run by Mr.Stempel where Neuwirth scholars can explore concepts typically involving robots, coding, team building, and developing designs that get turned into cool prototypes! 🤖✨It is available for students of any grade and is a great way to find new friends. Not only do students have the opportunity to assemble fun projects, but they also get to be involved in school events, as seen in the Fall Festival with the Cat-A-Pult that the members created.

Mr. Stempel says, “It’s great that students have the opportunity to explore their own robotic curiosity and creativity beyond what we get to do in STEM. There is a huge open source community of makers that shares ideas, 3D print files, and code so we really just get to build and have fun from a huge range of choices.”

So far, the club has worked on creating moving arms, moving vehicles, assembling robots, mini catapults, and testing out LED lights with the help of Mr.Stempel of course.

Overall, there are many activities to participate in at the club so consider stopping by every Monday at 3:40 pm in Room 210!
